PBT Tapered Filament Synthetic Bristle has the following characteristics:
1. High mechanical strength, tensile strength is similar to tensile modulus and nylon;
2. Self-lubricating and small friction coefficient;
3. Low moisture absorption rate and good performance in absorbing and releasing;
4. High dimensional stability and better bending recovery strength;
5. Strong chemical resistance.
PBT Tapered Filament Brush Filament is widely used in false eyelashes, blush brush, liquid foundation brush, cleaning brush, Toothbrush and paintbrush etc. Its minimum diameter range is from 0.08mm. Pbt tapered filament can be customized in terms of color, diameter, shape, length, cross-sections and functions etc.
