590H crawler-type down-the-hole drill rig is an upgraded product of CM358A crawler-type down-the-hole drill rig, with more improved function and more reliable performance.
590H internal combustion (590D electric) crawler-type hydraulic down-the-hole drill rig adopts diesel engine (electric motor0 and hydraulic oil pump unit as its drive device. The hydraulic motor is to achieve the supporting movements such as turn around, propulsion, exallation, moving and the swing angle location of hydraulic oil cylinder, only when the 590 is doing drill works, the down-the-hole impacter will exhaust compressed air, compared with whole-pneumatic drills, the air displacement of matched air compressor is reduced by 30% to 50%, and the consumption of energy(fuel or electricity) is saved by 40%-50% during operation.
