      Product Description    GL5-50 dry roller compactor  is invented by our company with the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology. Particle size tightness is adjusted by PLC automatic control and can meet different requirements of customers. So it greatly improves the yield with high efficiency. Moreover, it also has the characteristic of high degree of automation, convenient operation and maintenance, low noise, good versatility. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other fields. Additionally, material contact parts and surface are made of stainless steel; pressure roller adopts special wear-resistant material. Furthermore, it is featured as simple and reasonable structure, easy clean, convenient discharge, no dead corner and conforms to GMP requirement.     Work Principle     Dry  powder granulator blends powder with supplementary material evenly into dry mixer, and then shifts composite sheet, into which compress the powder by Pinch Roller. Finally, it makes into pelletized granule after smashing sheets in the crush box. The size of the particles is determined by the screen size. Finished Particles are dry, which can be directly used to make tablets or filling capsules, eliminating the drying process. Not only does it reduce drying process that can damage the environment by drying exhaust, but also it especially greatly reduces the energy consumption.    Technical parameter
