Product Description GF series Dry Air Generator This equipment is suitable for supplying dry air that keeps the power equipments’ inner parts from moisture in the maintenance of the transformer, reactor and other large power equipment. It can ensure that the maintenance staff will not be short of oxygen when working inside of the equipments. It is more reliable, economical, convenient and safer than nitrogen. Therefore, it can shorten the maintenance period and improve the efficiency of the maintenance quality. Product Features: It takes advanced screw air compressor units, low-speed centrifugal fan with low noise and big airflow. The automatic controller ensures the compressor running under best condition. In addition, the cooling system adopts highly efficient hermetic air-cooled motor, protection class IP54, insulation class F, so it can maintain long-term continuous trouble-free operation. The absorption dry device takes heatless drying regeneration type featuring lower gas consumption, small pressure loss, long service life of drying agent, stable air outlet pressure and dew point. It use PLC and text screen to monitor the running status, reliable performance, stable, and strong anti-interference ability.it combines the advantage of freeze-drying machine and the dry machine and makes a scientific combination of three types of purifying technology named freezing-drying,absorption-drying and ultra filtration, with reasonable pipe connection and capactity.It features integrated design,compact structure,good drying effect,Low gas consumption for regeneration,long period of work and low cost.
