1. Application:Widely used in coal, coal gangue, soft coal and peat etc. 

  

2. Characteristic Feature:

 

1. High Metal Utilization, deducing investment and production cost.
2. Hammers are spiral order line and increase crushing efficiency and prevent materials jammed inside.
3. Material fineness sizes are adjusted by changing gaps between hammers and lining plates inside the  impact cavity and by changing the hammer line orders without the grates so that discharging gate will not be jammed and reduces wear and extend parts life.
4. Thermal resistance temperature sensor and vibrating controller can be placed inside the crusher rotor wearing base in order to show temperature and protect main unit from over-vibrating degree.

 

3. Working Principle:

 

GF series more teeth crusher use single or more motor drive on both sides of the crusher pulleys, make teeth roll do turn mutually, the material will fall automatically accord with two teeth roll gap, more than two teeth roll materials in the teeth roll on broken by combination (split, rub, folding, hit) ,so as to achieve the required size.
