GDQ300B -servo dri  Fully Automatic Jelly Bean Depositing Line The processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin or pectin-type soft candies. It is an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
      FEATURES: 1)     PLC /computer process control available; 2)     An LED touch panel for easy operating; 3)     The production capacity approx.300kgs/h(based on 10g);         number of strokes/min :    max.20         number of moulds/stroke:  2 pcs         Output: 7x2 pcs /one mould x 2 moulds one time                     x 10g x 20 strokex/min   x60min=336kgs/h 4)     The whole plants are made of stainless steel . 5)     Mass flowing controlled by Frequency inverters 6)     In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for         the proportional addition of liquid; 7)     Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids; 8)     Use automatic steam control system to supply a stable steam to the cooker; 9)      “two-color striped ”, “central filling” deposited jelly candies can be made . 10)   Moulds can be made according to the candies samples and the drawings          approved  by the buyer.
