Solution to the Loss during Transportation and Oil Loading and Unloading Depending upon our company's experience in developing and production of military collapsible equipment, our company has developed a collapsible product built in tank cars that can reduce transportation loss and preclude oil gas volatilization in the whole process of product oil transportation. The collapsible bladder built in tank cars (hereinafter abbreviated to “collapsible oil bladder”), designed, developed and manufactured independently by our company, is formed from dielectric heat sealing of polyurethane terylene coated fabric materials. The structure of the collapsible oil bladder is shown in the following pictures. The collapsible tank is reconstructed and embedded in the steel tank of the tank car and keeps consistent outline with it. The collapsible tank is connected with the refueling and unloading port via the soft telescopic neck at the connection. The collapsible tank body is naturally and flatly laid at the bottom of the steel tank in the case of no load; with oil injected, the sac top rises synchronistically with the liquid level. The air in the interlayer between the collapsible tank exterior and the steel tank is discharged with oil sac expanded, whereas the oil is completely isolated from the air in the interlay by the collapsible tank wall and will not be volatilized.   During transportation, the collapsible tank clings to the steel tank wall with the steel tank being mechanical support, and the collapsible tank body is resistant to static electricity, thus ensuring transportation safety.   Solution to the Loss during Storage and Oil Loading/Unloading at Gas Stations   To solve the problem on the loss during storage and oil loading/unloading at gas stations, our company has designed and manufactured a collapsible tank product for gas stations.   1. Oil deport reconstruction of existing gas stations Sunken tanks are generally used to store oil to be sold at existing gas stations. By using the method similar to the reconstruction of the steel tank of a tank car, a built-in collapsible oil tank is embedded in a sunken steel tank, as shown in the following pictures. The soft tank for the gas station is formed from dielectric heat sealing of polyurethane coated fabrics and characterized by good oil isolation property, oil resistivity, resistance to hydrolization and aging, flexibility, no pollution to oil products, long service life and no need for special maintenance. The soft tank interface is connected with the oil loading/unloading port, and the soft telescopic neck ensures that the oil tank is lifted and lowered freely. The soft tank body is naturally and flatly laid at the bottom of the steel tank in the case of no load; with oil injected, the upper surface of the soft tank rises synchronistically with the liquid level. The air in the interlayer between the oil tank exterior and the steel tank is fully isolated from oil and no volatile oil gas is generated, so the air can be naturally discharged into atmosphere. The soft oil tank uses the steel tank as the support, and the tank body is resistant to static electricity, thus ensuring safety. The reconstruction of the sunken steel tank and the installation of the soft oil tank for an existing gas station are very convenient. After cleaning the steel tank, the folded soft oil tank is well placed into the steel tank via the manhole, the telescopic neck interface of the soft oil tank is connected with the loading/unloading port of the steel tank, and there is no need for very great adjustment for other operations.
