SOLUBILITY: Soluble in water. 

Application: Gardenia yellow is a water-soluble yellow pigment, it is mainly used for colouring flour products, baked goods, cooked meat products, cocoa products and confectionery, candied nuts, preparation of wine, frozen drinks, condiments, beverages, fruit and vegetable juices, fruit and Jelly, etc. , according to GB 2760(China food additive use standard) in the corresponding categories of food in accordance with the use of limited use.
