Features of poultry cage mesh welding machine   l For this machine model, it is our latest devolpment. The line wire feeding is from coil directly, which increases          the production speed then line wire feeding from pre-cut. So the production capacity is greatly improved.    l Our cross wire feeding is preut wire ,which is more simple and make the mesh furface more flat than feeding from        coil. Step motor in the hopper controls fetching the cross wire and feeding the cross wires into welding automatically        l  Our pulling mesh system adopts servo motor control,which ensure the presicion for the mesh hole size and length           of mesh sheet.      l The electrical control unit of the machine is housed in a robust.thermostatically controlled cabinet with a carefully         devised ergonomic layout of all controls and visual display.      l Our control cabinet adopts PLC control with touch screen, which is more convenient. For the cross wire space,you         only need to input the data in the touch screen.  . 4.
