- The blade is made by die forming with accurate geometric dimensions and smooth rotating face,which reduces the vessel and blade slurry sticking phenomena.especially the root of blade is formed into angular flange, which enhances the bending resistance and it is flush with the vessel wall and the weld bead forms the push-pull,effect,which can with stand the high pressure occurred when mixing.the mixing blade surface has diversion lines,which can prolong the service life of the blade accordingly.
