VIVIDR Glycerol monostearate  is a generally accepted additive which is widely applied in food, medicine, pharmacy, plastic, packing industry and cosmetics. It has a property of emulsification, dispersibility, stabilization, foaming resistance, staling resistance of starch and so on.
