Brief Introduction Diaphragm type flow rate control valve is a kind of automatic valve that can preset and stabilize the flow rate. Such stability is not influenced by the change in the pressure of the water supply flow before the valve. And when the flow rate before the valve is less than the preset value, this valve opens completely and it will not increase the flow rate after the valve (maintains a constant flow rate).
While the brass Pitot tube transfers differential pressure signal to the flow-limiting pilot valve, the flow-limiting pilot valve and needle valve play a double-side three way control over the pressure in the diaphragm upper chamber of t he main valve. The flow after the valve will reach the preset value through the adjustment of the threaded bolt on the flow-limiting pilot valve. The throttle hole in the Diaphragm lower chamber links the downstream flow, buffering the valve closing. The pressure at both ends of the valve is the driving source to open and close the valve.
