Product introduction


U-tube heat exchanger consists of the following components:

1. U-shaped pipe: consists of two pipes bent into a U-shape to transfer heat.

2. Tube plate: Connect the two ends of the U-pipe to support and secure the U-pipe and to transfer fluid into and out of the U-pipe.

3. Shell: Metal shell covering U-shaped tube and tube plate, used to protect and isolate heat source.

4. Insulation layer: The insulating material covering the shell is used to reduce heat loss.

5. Support frame: Used to support and fix the U-tube heat exchanger for easy installation and maintenance.

6. Inlet and outlet pipe: The inlet and outlet pipe connected to the U-tube heat exchanger is used to introduce and discharge the fluid into and out of the U-tube.

7. Leakage detector: used to detect whether there is leakage in the U-tube heat exchanger, so as to deal with it in time.
