Our glass production process
1.Ingredients:We use good materials such as glass quartz sand,limestone,feldspar,soda ash,boric acid etc.
2.Melt system:Will be matched good raw material after heating,form even without bleb glass fluid.
3.Forming:Float is let glass fluid flow floating in the molten metal tin,formed on the surface,method of flat glass,its main advantage is the glass high quality(level off,smooth),pull lead speed,high yield.
4.Annealing:Anneal means in a certain temperature range insulation or slow cooling for a period of time so as to eliminate or reduce glass thermal stress to housings.

2.Smooth and flat surface,visible flaw is controlled strictly
3.Easily to be cut,insulated,tempered and coated.
