Flash Butt Welding Machine for Rim

First: Main structure
It is a custom flash butt welding machine, consisting of body; Left, right, up, down arm; Electrode, upset system, hydraulic system, electric control system, transformer.
- There are control, clamp, flash, butt process for this machine, moreover, the allowance of flash and upset are controlled by full hydraulic system, to ensure the accuracy. Electrode is with Chromium zircomium copper(cucrzr), wear resisting, high quality.
- Transformer: Import part, like OMRON PLC; INVERTER, BUTTON, RELAY INDICATOR LIGHT etc. Water cooling transformer: Use silicon sheets of 15000 gauss permeability to pile up. There is cooling water in inside, using full copper alloy core, reducing impedance, improving the utilization of power, 20% duty cycle to ensure the requirement of long time welding, big output power. The useful lifetime is longer, noise is smaller, structure is more compact and reasonable.
- Adopt Liyangplc to control welding machine running, ensure equipment reliability, and with automatic and manual 2 kind programs. Under automatic type, if emergency, the welder will be compelled to stop, only the fault is solved, the machine could run again.
- Welding parameters are adjusted conveniently by interface controller. Also can store the data
- All hydraulic system is used Rexroth, Position monitoring system is used import good quality parts.
