  Flame spraying gun ( Subsonic wire flame spray equipment)       Characteristics     The subsonic wire flame spraying SX-6015 system, use oxygen and acetylene flame  spray as the heat source, compressed air as wire feed power and atomization air to spray the wire, for use compressed air as wire feed power, so it require higher stability of the c ompressed air pressure and flow. SX-6015 subsonic flame wire spraying system combines the  traditional flame high speed gun and medium speed gun characteristics, optimize the gas flow control system, let its can be selected high speed gun to spray coating low melting point materials (3mm zinc wire and aluminum wire), Also can be selected medium speed gun to spray coating high melting point materials ( 2mm carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, etc.). SX - 6015 subsonic flame wire spraying system suitable for small workpiece or small area  repair and surface treatment. It is effectively complement in the thermal spraying series  equipment .           Advantages of process       1.
