The maximum speed is 230m/min, allowing this printing press to handle large print runs. Better yet, this product is installed with 7 motors. Its gear can offer extremely good rigidity and ultra high rotation accuracy.
Furthermore, the transfer roller proves to be a convenient addition to the gravure printing machine, making sure that the ink does not spatter during high-speed operation. Two sets of dancer rolls are used for the unwinding and rewinding process. As an added benefit among various other perks offered here, operators can replace the material without stopping the machine. There are two methods for installing different types of material roll. They involve the use of an air shaft and conic mechanism respectively.
