            Detail  Sculpture process for reference only:   Resin sculpture process   Make a clay mould, make a silicone mold of the sculpture using a two-part cold molding compound,to mix exactly according to the mold manufacturer's instructions. Mix the two-part resin,pour the mixed resin into the mold. after the resin cured,remove the cured resin sculpture from the mold. After mold removing,burnish the resin mold add putty to make sure the surface is smooth and balanced,then surface treatment with spray painting, hand painting,plating,shell laying,foil placing or other surface treatment.      Steel sculpture process   After the steel frame supporting or resin mould completed, by the professional engineers and technicians setting out, filling, cut pieces, the art of wrought, assembly, welding and polishing, surface treatment, the final shape and packing. Surface treatment with mirror polishing, painting, plating or other treatment effects.         Detail information for payment: (1)T/T or Transfer (Bank To Bank)   Please let us know if you want to use this payment method. We will compare latest shipment rate offered by different logistic company and choose the cheapest way to deliver the parcel via LCL way.The generally shipment time is 4 weeks.You need to clear the custom by yourself or your agent. If you have special requirement of shipment, please tell us and we will arrange thataccording to your need.   1.SEA FREIGHT    (1)LCL Loose Cargo(Sea freight charged per cubic meter)     (2)FCL Full container load       For sculptures, we generally suggest customers to go by this way.      This is because the shipment rate via sea is relatively cheaper.       However, the deliver time takes around 4 weeks.    2.AIR FREIGHT       (1)Express delivery    (2)Air Cargo     To any destination air cargo is least expensive compare to air courier.Unless you need an item with great urgency, we don’t recommend either method/Air cargo/Courier is charged by the kilo or by the volume,whichever is greatest(in the airlines/courier company’s favor). When required,we send via the least expensive airline with the best schedule to your destination(Airport to Airport).Transit time for most desinations via air cargo is 5-10 days. For air courier door to door,transit time is 3-5 days we recommend and use FedEx or DHL. If you require products to be sent by air please contact us so we can get a definitive quotation for your consignments destination.   Detail information for sculpture package:     Provided with an extremely protective polystyrene and carton package; LCL shipment should add extra wooden packing(Inspection-exempt fumigation-free) for the cargos.         Other service for you: We're certain you'll be happy with your artworks. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within Fifteen days (by phone or email) of receipt of your items. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund for your items if returned in the same condition as sent to you, excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
