Standard:CE&ISO   Tire recycling process   1. Double Shaft Shredder: shred the whole tires into rubber chips(50-100mm).    2. Disc Classifier: Seperate the over sized rubber chips back to she shredder.   3. Grater: Cut the rubber chips into rubber mulch(10-30mm) and seperate the steel wire from rubber mulch.   4. Granulator: Grind the rubber mulch from the grater into small granules(1-6mm).   5. Taper Slot Conveyor: Pick out the big size of rubber granules back to the granulator and required size of rubber granules to next step. Meanwhile remove tire fiber from rubber granules.   6. Fiber Removal System: Collect the tiny fiber from the rubber granules.    7. Rubber miller: Mill the rubber graunles into rubber powder(<30mesh).   8.
