CY-MR10~30W is consist of Fiber laser,optical path, galvanometer scan system, computer control system and worktable.
1. Fiber laser
Integration structure, compact, saving space, air cool, easy to handle and maintain no optical pollution, no power coupling losses, low energy consumption, high efficiency and reliability

The medium is Yb-doped double-clad fiber, long resonant cavity.
M2: 1.2, Spot diameter could be 20 microns.

Pump source: 915nm laser diode, working time is four times than traditional diode pump source 808nm laser diode, 100,000hous

Fiber soft and Laser design compact and flexible, compact structure and small size. Surface area/volume ratio high, good cooling effect. No need water cooling system and air cool. Good working condition under harsh environment such as high impact, high vibration, high temperature and dust.

2. Optical path and galvanometer scan system
Optical system: 1064nm, galvanometer high precision reflective condenser system.
Beam expanders: three times beam expanders lens combination
3. Laser adjustment: 0.6328um He-Ne laser alignment system indicate the optical axis position, indication light and laser coaxial so that tracing function achieve under processing and timely and accurate alignment.
Galvanometer is the executing agency for the laser running in according with the predetermined trajectory. It is consist of high precision servo motor, motor drive board, mirror, F-θ lens and DC power supply
4. Computer control system
Computer equipped with P4 or equivalent class processor, anti-jamming computer motherboards, WIN7/Windows XP operating system.
Marking software, Windows-based interface.
