FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) heat exchanger is also called Teflon/F46 heat exchanger. FEP is established for its excellent chemical resistance, outstanding electrical properties and a wide service temperature range extending up to 200oC. FEP is UV light transparent a property that is effectively utilized in water disinfecting by ultra violet light of the appropriate wavelength.

Application:
FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene)/ Teflon/ F46 is used in the chemical process for heating or cooling of high corrosive fluid etc.
Types:
There are three different types: Straight-through tubes, U-type tubes and convoluted tube.

Specification:
Straight tubular type: Cooling area: 10-100m2, tube diameter: 100-500mm;
U shaped: Cooling area: 10-100m2, tube diameter: 100-500mm;
Coiled type: Cooling area: 5-100m2, tube diameter: 100-300mm
