Big data based Huafei intelligent remote industrial service platform

The intelligent remote industrial service platform of big data based from Huafei. It supports intelligent operation, management and service of key big equipment, such as hoist, conveying, ventilating machine which are relative to intelligent mine and safety in production. The platform is with the functions of data collection, information monitoring and intelligent analysis of device working conditions for mine hoist, belt conveyor and main ventilator system. It has 8 main sections of monitoring system working condition, monitoring devices working condition, record faults information, management of device maintenance, checking historical data, re-displaying faults condition, intelligent statistic analysis, forecasting and early warning for devices status.

The issues about the intelligent machine operation and information collection

1. The main mine transportation equipment itself such as mine hoist, belt conveyor should have the complete reliable functions of automation and intelligence.

2. The equipment onsite have the functions of independent data storage, analysis and self diagnosis, have independent system of specialist self diagnosis and analysis. If remote services were required, only need to authorize on site.

3. If there were problems on upper computer, communication network, background monitor and management software system, it can not have affects on the equipment operation of safety and reliability.

4. Problems about the system

1) The onsite data collected, stored and processed by the upper computer, should be insisting on reading only and not writing.

2) setting multiple technological isolating measures for onsite data and information collection.

  a. the power supply system of the upper computer and the devices which data are collected should be individual to each other, non-interfering.

  b. data transmission interface between upper computer and onsite machine in operation is using optical isolation technology.

  c. the data should be collected from independent exclusive data collection buffer section, which should not have any correlation to machine operation data.
