Quick, easy and effective-soothes strained or irritated eyes. To apply cold: Store eye mask in refrigerator to keep cool. For faster chilling, place in freezer for 10-20 minutes. To apply hot: Soak eye mask in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Do not use boiling water. Do not microwave. Carefully remove mask, let cool and apply across eyes. Excessive heat will destroy eye mask. CAUTION: Overheating of eye mask can cause severe burns. Do not apply eye mask when frozen. Do not puncture eye mask.
