Maintenance and overhaul of dust collector on silo roof

1. After the silo roof dust collector is put into operation, a special person should be assigned to manage and maintain, familiar with the working principle and technical performance of the dust collector, master the adjustment and maintenance methods, inspect each shift, and establish operation records.

2. The oil-water separators, filters, gas storage tanks, and air bag shifts of the compressed air should blow off the sewage once or twice.

3. The filter material of compressed air is changed every 2-6 months.

4. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months and the wearing parts should be replaced.

5. Various rubber seals should be replaced regularly.

6. If there is dust from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag falls off and is damaged, whether the bolt (Venturi) is loose, and whether the gasket is aging. (Open the top cover to check)

7. If dust is found from the exhaust port after each dust removal, it is an excessive dust removal and the dust removal cycle should be adjusted.

8. The integrity of the filter bag should be checked regularly (once every three months). If it is damaged, it should be replaced and repaired immediately. When repairing, use the same material as the filter bag for patching, and it is strictly forbidden to use thread-to-mouth suture. The general service life of cloth bags is 1-2 years.

9. Always keep the body of the dust collector clean. Paint damaged areas should be patched up in time, at least once every two years.
