9.Surface treatmen       VI."Non-sparking" Tools’Application       "Non-sparking", "spark reduced", "spark-resistant" or "spark-proof" tools are names given to tools made of metals such as brass, bronze, Monel metal (copper-nickel alloy), copper-aluminum alloys (aluminum bronze), or copper-beryllium alloys (beryllium bronze).    Commonly used hand tools are often manufactured of steel alloys. Preferred "non-sparking" metals have less tensile strength than steels usually used to make tools. A lower tensile strength means the metal has less strength or resistance to tearing apart when stretched under test conditions. It also means that these tools are softer, wear down more quickly than ordinary steel tools, and have to be dressed more frequently.   Non-sparking safety  tools mainly applicable scope is:   Petroleum refining and petrochemical industry, coal, oil, natural gas chemical industry, powder industry, chemical fiber industry, paint industry, fertilizer industry, all kinds of pharmaceutical industry. Oil wheel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles, aircraft, management of inflammable and explosive goods warehouse, electrolytic workshop, assembly workshop, communication machine realization for tools are not rust, wear-resisting antimagnetic, etc.   In the normal process of using aluminum-copper alloys are more applicable to conditions of pressure equipment and explosion-proof environments with less stringent requirements (such as gas stations, small oil depots, etc.). The beryllium copper alloy explosion-proof tool for refineries to switch gas stations, gas production plants, drilling crew and so on.
