Product photo         Product Description river stone sand making product line introduction The river pebble sand making production line always consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher(or fine jaw crusher or cone crusher), vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and electric control system. The designed capacity is 50-500t/h. It is adaptable to making sand or aggregates from hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble, slag,etc, thus can be widely used in hydroelectric, building materials, highway, city construction and some other industries. Different types and models of equipment can be combined freely according to different flowings, to meet with customers’ different request.     Technological Process and working Principle Big size stones are transferred to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for parimary crushing, then they are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials from impact crusher will be sent to sand making machine for further crushing and re-shaping. The re-shaped stones will be transferred to the vibrating screen for separating to different sizes. The aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the sand washing machine, after removing the stone powder, mud, dewatering and separating, these will become the final products. While the aggregate with unsuitable size will be returned to the sand making machine for re-crushing. All productds have to pass strict inspection with the drawings and process flow according to the contract before they go out.We assigned the technicians to the producing spot to provide installation guide, testing and training. Attention 1.We should install the machine under shelter from rain and do not put it in the open air directly. 2.Electric motor should be installed in the rear of the crusher and the direction of rotation should be consistent  with the crusher. Reverse is forbidden. 3.The machine has six ground screws fixed on the concrete flood. The foundation need a place left for  discharging the ore stone and the scope is not less than 50°. The base form should be decided by the users  according the model of the feeder and transportation facilities.
4.Before debugging the equipment, we should tighten the screws and connect parts and check the lubrication  conditions.
5.After launching, the machine should reach normal speed before feeding. The material should be inserted  from the front and do not from the side in case of overload caused the accident. 6.Feeding must be stopped before stopping the machine. Only all the material have been broken is spit out  entirely, stopping working is available. FAQ Q:Payment                                                                                                                                                          
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down                  A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
