Description EVA Resin 18J3:

Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is referred to as EVA, and the general vinyl acetate (VA) content is 5% to 40%. Compared with polyethylene, EVA[1] is widely used in the molecular chain due to the introduction of vinyl acetate monomer, which reduces the high crystallinity and improves flexibility, impact resistance, filler compatibility and heat sealing performance. Foaming shoe material, functional shed film, packaging film, hot melt adhesive, wire and cable and toys and other fields. Features of EVA plastic: Water resistance: closed cell structure, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free.

Specification of Virgin Grade EVA Resin:

1. It is widely used in foaming shoe materials, functional shed films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, toys and other fields. 
2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content between 5% and 10% are elastic films, etc.; 
3. EVA with 20-28% vinyl acetate is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products; 
4. Vinyl acetate content is 5%~45%. The main products are films (including agricultural films) and sheets, injection molding, molded products, foamed products, hot melt adhesives, etc.
