Usage:

EVA/PE Foaming Press mainly applies to foam and mould for various of foaming rubber and plastic, sponge materials; building and decorative materials as the special equipment. It is also used in production of shoe materials, plastic foam flooring, insulation materials, luggage liner, sports protective material, diving clothing, life jackets, etc.

The present machine is a newly designed model after research the characters of plate vulcanizer in domestic and aboard, it is pillar support, electricity heating or steam heating, has digital display temperature gauge. Operation and maintenance is easy, also with the function of auto add pressure, time open mould and alarming etc.The machine adopts steel structure, the plunger by cold hard surface for HR - 70, 

the product has little pressure, temperature, curing process reliable performance with automatic pressure, open mold speed, etc.
