The
road making machine combining material storage, measurement and mixing,
with high output. The equipment, which adopts forced mixer with double
horizontal shafts as its matching principal machine with 3.8m or 4.2m
unloading height, can mix all kinds of concrete, especially hard
concrete and is applicable for projects of architectures, water and
electricity, highways, ports, docks and bridges in medium scale and
concrete manufacturing plants.
Microcomputer
control and electronic scale weighing guarantee high measuring accuracy
and small error. Functions include screed display, bathing storage,
automatic gap compensation and manual system which make manual and
automatic control available in mixing process. In addition, the
equipment is equipped with printing system and can be installed with
monitoring system according to user demand to realize concentrated
control and integral management of the entire equipment.

Packaging & Shipping
The concrete batching plant will be loaded to the containers in the factory. Small models packed in the wooden boxes, big models nude, wearable parts and motors packed in the wooden boxes. The workers will make sure all equipment are steady and fixed before close the door of the container, and there will be no damage during transportation and shipment.
