Epoxy modified polyester impregnating resin insulation varnsh dipping varnish R-1140-1

Introduction R-1140-1 fast curing impregnating resin is made from heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin, curing agent and thinner etc. It presents in one-component form and with thermal class H. It has gained UL certification (No.: E227128) and UL insulation system certification (No.: E242776), and comply with the RoHS environmental requirements.   Applications  It is widely used and suitable for impregnation of many types of motors and apparatus coils of class B,F and H. It is recommended for Y2 series motor, and meets the technical conditions of clsaa H solvent-free impregnating resin for Y2 motors.    Qualification

    Usage 1. Common impregnation process 1.1 Preheat unit for 1-2 hours at 120-130°C. 1.2 Allow unit to cool to 50-60°C before dipping into varnish, dip unit in varnish for 10-20 mins until basically no bubble. 1.3 Drain unit for 30-60 mins. 1.4 Bake unit for 3-5 hours at 125-135°C. 2. Vacuum impregnation process 2.1 Preheat: Rise temperature up to 50-60°C and keep for 30 mins, vacuumize above -0.09MPa and keep 5 mins then input resin. 2.2 Vacuum impregnation: Close the vacuum valve, input the resin at least 50mm above the unit, then close inputting valve, keep the vacuum of -0.08MPa for 5 mins. It can be reduced to -0.05MPa if unit is not suitable for high vacuum impregnation.
