Our product: 2mm to 6mm silver mirror, double coated. Edgeworking ( flat edge, round edge, bevelled edge with bevelling width 5mm to 60mm ), vinyl backing ( PE glossy film CAT I and PVC woven fabric film CAT II available ), CNC cutting, silkscreen printing, drilling, sandblasting, tempering, etc could be fine processed by our factory. Custom OEM service at shape ( round, oval, square, rectangular, and irregular shapes ), size and back paint color is also available. More details are shown in the following.

Parameters of SINOY EN1036 Silver Mirror

1. Mirrors manufactured from float glass conforming to EN 572-2, with at least 0, 7 g/m² Of silver and Italy FENZI painted.
2. Thickness tolerances: ± 0.2mm.
3. Width tolerance range: 2mm(± 1mm); Length tolerance range: 3mm(± 1.5mm).
4. The regular luminous coefficient of silvered mirrors shall be at least 86%.
5. No black spots, no paint off phenomenon.
6. No bells and whistles, no bubbles on mirror surface.
7. No broken phenomenon due to poor wooden packing.
8. Traces of mirror surface without misty.
9. No anti-silver phenomenon on mirror edge.
