EN-AL high-low temperature extra clear EVA film for safety glass lamination

EN-AL extra clear EVA interlayer film ---both 80/120degree temperature lamination with good performance.       Advanges:  1.  Both temperature 80/120°C lamination  with good performance; 2.  Easy laminating with any insert materials , and even tempered glass lamination 3. Supply   a best solution to customers who want make all kinds of laminated glass  but just using one type of interlayer film.   option 1:  60°C 20mins  and then 80°C60mins , it is thermoplastic but with very good transparency and adhesion, but just for indoor use.   option 2:   60°C 20mins  and then 125°C45mins , the cross-linking is over 87%,  It has very good mechanical and thermal performance, which durablity and stability can guarantee exterior application for more than 15 years.     Product  Details:    1.     Laminating instructions:    1. Prepare and cut the EVA film into right size according to the following structure:        glass+EVA film + glass    2. Put the overlapped glass into silicon bag and seal  silicon bag well.     3. Activate vacuum pump for 5-8min till  vacuum value reach -0.095Mpa to double checking the vacuum is good.      4  Set up the laminating temp. and time  and start heating.The following data based on 5mm glass +0.40mm  EVA +5mm glass.
