Product Description  Equipment Introduction: Under the centrifugal force generated by the highly revolving rotor, the high-speed shear spins the feed stocks in radial direction into the narrow sophisticated space between the stator and the rotor and achieve dispersion, mixing and emulsification of feed stocks by centrifugal crushing and collision force. This equipment has the merits of compact structure, small size, light weight, easy operation, low noise and stable performance. The most advantageous feature is that it does not grind feed media in the production process, and integrate high speed shearing, dispersion, homogenizing, mixing with crushing. Application:  Widely applied to such industries as food, beverage, bio-pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, emulsification tanks are used for the mixing and emulsification of feed stocks to improve productivity as well as quality of products. Equipment Function: Emulsification tanks have not only the merits of high speed dispersion and emulsification to obtain homogeneous feed stock with various feed stocks integration, but also it has functions of heating, cooling, insulation and agitation. The tank is designed with process pipe orifices like feed inlet, outlet, pure water inlet to provide all the conditions for emulsification.
