This embroidered badge 3D rubber patch machine is a kind of liquid PVC Silicone rubber dispensing machine, it can be programmed with a computer or a teaching box; three axes (X, Y, Z), easy to install and easy to operate, foreigners can even install and run the machine according to our manuals and English instructions without needing Chinese experts come. The 18 dripper can process 18 cavities at the same time, or 4 cavities and 3 different colors. One machine can save 4 to 6 workers. Twelve quick buttons make it very easy and fast to run 12 different designs at the same time. A weight of 380KG can work at a maximum speed of 0.8m per second. The accuracy is higher ±0.01mm, and the large-capacity memory card can save more than 65,000 files.
