Product Description Advantages of Elm solid wood flooring:       Elm solid wood flooring is the ideal for flooring due to its medium high density and is very strong, water resistant and fire retardant.  The colour variation is also very unique, a warm brown colour with subtle shades of green, gold and silver. The grain is very fine enabling the floor to be finished to a very smooth silky texture once oiled or lacquered.
