Introduction

Basic Configuration

Power steering control computer (ECU), ignition switch, front suspension mechanism, booster pump, oiler, steering wheel, steering column, universal joints, steering gear, steering rod, wheels, speed-signal analog devices, three-phase asynchronous motors, hydraulicpressure gauge, turning dials, torque sensors, mobile workbench, manual, training guide book and other components.

Training Content

1. Fully demonstrate the working process of hydraulic power steering by simulating different speed, vehicle speed and turn the steering wheel

2. Turning dial display steering wheel angle size, pressure gauge display power hydraulic oil value;

3. Testing and adjusting wheel alignment;

4. The training units are equipped with electronically controlled power steering system colored schematics and detection terminal, detect electric power steering system signal parameters such as voltage, resistance, frequency, etc by instruments

5. The system with self-diagnostic system. When a fault occurs, the fault lamp blinks;

6. Fault setting and assessment system (see fault setting and assessment function description);
