Application :  This electric chain hoist is suitable for professional stage lighting stereo, show, campaign activity installation for inversion engineering or high altitude operation applicable, application is very wide, the hoist design is compact, with light weight, power supply based on single phase which is easy to obtain anywhere, labor saving, time saving and with high working efficiency.  

Character :   

Motor System :

1. It is applied with industrial grade high efficiency series wound carbon brush motor.

2. It is available for 2 types option for single phase voltage.   

3. The enameled wires with heat resistance up to 180 degrees Celsius, it is specially designed for long time hoisting purpose.

Brake System :

1. Equipped with twin brake system : unique patented mechanical ratchet gear brake and controller short circuit resistor brake.   

2. Applied with high friction coefficient disk type brake lining oil dipping copper blade brake, completely no adjustment required.

3. When there is power failure or broken is happened, promptly start to brake and stop,the safety is perfect, with high operation life.

Electric Control System :

1. Based on direct type control system, saves complicated wiring, it is easy to maintain & repair, with low trouble chance, it is safe and stable.

2. Control switch and power cable is based on detachable fast coupler, it is easy to carry,There is no trouble of electric wires twisted.

Chain Specification :

1. Applied with genuine chain imported from Japan FEC company which is manufactured by this reputed chain manufacturer worldwide.

2. Chain is made from alloy steel material with 80 grade and with 3 times safety  coefficient.

Gear System :

1. With most efficiency driving system plus the planetary speed reducing gear.

2. The planetary gear system is based on two pieces of running idle wheel made by alloy steel with heat treatment, to share the force, the life is two times more longer than traditional transmission.

Main Body Frame :

1. Made from 4.5 mm high strength steel plate to support the frame of hoist.

2. Applied with electric coating with good rust resistance, good for operation under badly environment when temperature is from minus 15 degree Celsius to plus 65 degrees Celsius.

Housing Section :

1. Motor body housing is made from aluminum alloy formed by one-piece die-casting with high tenacity, then machined by computerized CNC lathe, with high precision, the rotor running is very smooth.

2. Gear box is made from aluminum alloy formed by one-piece die-casting with high tenacity, then machined by computerized CNC lathe, with high precision, with low noise.

3. Completely sealed with water resistance grade up to IP 54.

4. Applied with automobile grade powder coating, the hoist appearance is beautiful.

5. With compact structure, effective to add upper, lower hoisting distance.  

Upper Lower Hook Unit :

1. Made from alloy steel material by hot forging machine, with high strength, the safety coefficient is four times.
