I find this to be an excellent product. Pros: ease of use, it is fairly light,

it is much less expensive than others that i have seen.

I found this product to be easy to install.

I have been looking at different products for a commercial grade solar attic fan

that would be the most suitable for my particular need.

After comparing many different ones, both for function and price, I recently purchased this fan.

I have not yet received a utility bill so I am not sure yet of the savings I will enjoy.

To date, though, the fan is functioning as promised.

My attic fan works, and didn't shut down once the sun went down,

so if I wasn't home would run all night. I bought this because the price wasn't too bad.

I am very happy with it. It works consistently,

and I measured the temperature in my attic and the fan runs things well.

If you have a steep roof, I would suggest hiring a professional. But the fan itself works very well.
