It can produce 0.25 ~ 0.35 mm thickness of aluminum sheet .The welding speed is 90~ 120m/min,cutting length is 5/6 meters.      The equipment is made of high frequency welding machiner and roll forming machine.  We use advanced precision machining and testing equipment.  Fully equipped machine processing workshop, can achieve high frequency welding equipment manufacturing,  debugging, and the development of new products.       The characteristics of the machine:   1.High precision, can weld thickness more than 0.15 mm aluminum bars.   2.The speed is fast, than the traditional similar equipment production speed of more than 20%.   3.Compact structure,one production line only covers an area of 100m².   4.Extrusion device without adjustment,needs no adjustment, equipment debugging is completed, the material can be produced.   5.Province of choose and employ persons,only three people can produce, one for equipment operation, two packaging.   6.Covers an area of less,Aluminum strip can be directly packaging without washing and drying.   7.Production is not affected by climate, geography, environment, temperature.     Technological process:   Uncoil→Feeding→ Rolling forming→High frequency welding→Scraper→Sizing→ Straightening  →Flying saw cutting the material→Feeding station      Insulating glass spacer production line specification
