Glass bending furnace introduction

 This machine bends hot glass for building decoration, household glass, decorative glass, bathroom sink and aquarium tank etc. We have 2 types of bending furnace: Drawer and elevated type.

The drawer type bending furnace

Glass and bending mould are placed on a platform which could be pulled out sideward easily and completely, like a draw, such that there is a lot of free space around for easy loading and unloading of glass and bedning mould. This innovative design is unique and is appreciated by all of our customers worldwide.

The elevated type bending furnace

It is a heating chamber with heating elements located at the top. The bottom platform of the heating chamber can be detached from the heating chamber so that it can be raised up and lower down. When we want to load bending fixture or glass, the platform is lower down for easy loading of bending fixture and glass. The platform then raises up so that the platform seals the bottom of the heating chamber. Heating is then started. When the heating cycle is completed, the platform starts to lower down and the glass unladed and the next glass is loaded. The cycle is then repeated.
