Performance features:

1. 1. Strong resistance to external pressure.The annular corrugated structure of the outer wall greatly enhances the pipe's ring stiffness and resistance to soil load.

2. Convenient construction.Because the weight of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe is light, handling and connection are very convenient, so the construction is fast, simple maintenance work.

3. Good chemical stability.Polyethylene belongs to hydrocarbon polymer, the molecules are non-polar, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, buried service life more than 50 years.

4.  Environmental protection.HDPE is a non-toxic raw material, harmless to the environment, and can be recycled.

5. Wide applicable temperature range. It is not necessary to take special protective measures in general low-temperature  construction.(-30℃)

6. The project cost is low.Under the same load conditions, the HDPE double wall corrugated pipe only need a thinner wall to meet the requirements. It can save about half of the raw materials compared with the same material specifications of solid wall tube.
