Double side hot air solder level pcb board. Green slodermask and white silkscreen. Outer copper finished 2.5oz. board thickness 0.8 +/-0.1mm.

The defects of the HASL surface treatment is:
1. The flatness on the vertical plane is poor, which does not apply to the welding and use of fine-pitch components. By increasing the level, the flatness can be improved.
