      Product Description      There will be little dust and oxide in aluminum liquid after the remelting process. In order to maintain high-quality aluminum liquid, the liquid shall be filtered before crystallization. The double-room filter device can clear the floated oxide and dross effectively. The structure can be consisted of 15-23 inch 20ppi-50ppi ceramic filter plate, or double-layer filtering, fist 30ppi, and then 50ppi plate. The device is heated by silicon carbide bar and then preheats the ceramic filter plate. The temperate in the heat maintenance layer and stainless steel is increased swiftly and stably, with good preheating effect.   The temperature of the filter box is controlled by electronic thermostat, and cover-opening is operated by automatic pushing bar. The outlet can discharge the oxide and dross of the aluminum liquid.
