Double-layer Co-extrusion Film Blowing Machine

2SJ-G55 double layer blown film machine use two screw with diameter of 55mm, to make double layer film width of 1000mm. This co-extrusion film blowing machine is for making double layer film of LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE, the film is widely used for packing liquid, printed base material.

2. The cylinder and the screw are made of high quality of alloy steel with optimum hardness and durable service after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment, 38 CrMoAl.

3. The upper part of machine has a working platform for making easier operation for customers and the machine is equipped with bubble stabilizing ring.

4. Back to back winder with double rolling and double cutting coiling unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and making rolling even and roll-changing easily.
