1. The whole line is composed of feeding part, glass washing and drying part, lamp inspection part, glass conveyor part, aluminum frame locating part, flat (roller) press part, tilting part.

2. Soft low-e brush installed, it can process low-e glass.

3. It can make triple insulating glass, that is making insulating glass by processing three insulating glasses.

4. Washing and drying part with full stainless steel.

5. Heating device, heating the water automatically in cold weather.

7. There is one sensor on the first transmit stage.
If the glass's height is more than 1meter, two motors start automatically to transmit the glass. If the glass is less than 1 meter, only one motor start to transmit the glass. It saves electricity a lot.
