2,Main structure The milking machine is mainly composed of vacuum pump unit, milking device and chassis . Figure 1 shows the installation of the main component parts: (1)chassis                (2)Surge tank (3)vacuum pump           (4)electric motor (5)silencer               (6) pulsator (7)vacuum meter           (8) milking claw (9)vacuum regulator       (10)rubber tube (11)milk bucket 3,Work principle The design of milking machine imitates the movement which the calf is nursed, the vacuum  provides the power for the milking machine, the milk cup group is the instrument which completes milking directly. The tubbish space between the milk cup sheath is called intermural chamber, which is controlled by the connection of the short pulse tube and the pulsator. Milking stage: In the seal vacuum system, the pressure of the milk cup inner sheath is equal to the intermural chamber’s,which makes the inner sheath of milk cup open, when intermural chamber is at the vacuum state, thus nipple cup draws out milk. As Figure 2 shows. The rest stage: In the seal vacuum system, when the air enters the interseptum chamber, it will be a pressure difference between the milk cup inner sheath and the intermural chamber, the milk cup inner sheath is closed, the milk flows stopped, it is the rest stage. As Figure 3 shows 4,application (1) Before starting the machine, the power source should be inspect whether it is matching with the milking machine. (2) Check whether there is lubricating oil of the lubricating device. Oil pot should be filled with the vacuum pump lubricating oil.(The winter is the 20# machine oil. The summer is the 30# machine oil) (3)Before Vacuum pump starting, joints all the rubber tubes to make them sealed, and then cover the milk barrel. Once Vacuum pump runs, observe cacuum meter’s index. If the number is out range of 0.04 - 0.05 Mpas (the range of work), check rubber tubes and milk barrel cover to make sure they are right connected and sealed. Once sealed, adjust cacuum adjuster if the number is still out of the range. Turn locknut clockwise to improve cacuum degree, anticlockwise to reduce  (4)There are 6-8 oil drops per minute droping from lubricating machine on the cacuum pump if it’s on the rated vacuum degree. Once the number is out of the standard, turn adjusting-bolt clockwise to reduce it, anticlockwise to improve it.  (5) In the use of the milking machine at first, the cow needs an adaptation process about three days generally ,  the cow is adapted to the sound of the vacuum pump revolution and the appendant of milk cups.      (6)Before milking, you should scrub the udders with the warmer water, squeeze the nipples to spurt milk several times, one by one. You should install the milk cup to milk after confirming that the cow has not the mastitis,       (7)Before installing the milk cup group, the milker should stand in the one side of cow, the left hand takes the milk cup group reversed (the plugs of clawpiece is up, the clasps of milk cup is down), underneath the cow breast, at the same time, the right hand rapidly put the milk cup on the one by one, the vacuum degree suck the nipple, milking starts. As Figure 4 shows      (8)Milking should be under the normal vacuum degree — 0.04-0.05Mpa. In the process of milking, the milker should observe the milk flow in the transparent pipe fixed below the milk cup. When the milk flow is reducing, the milker should massage the udder with hand, but, when the milk flow stops, the milker should hold the milking claw in one hand, at the same time, extrude the entrance of the milk cup inner sheath on the udder with another hand, to let the atmosphere enter, then separate the milk cup from the nipple rapidly one by one.As Figure 5 shows, the process of milking ends.     (9)After milking , first, you should move out the fresh milk from the milk bucket and covered in time; second , you should insert the milk cup group in the clean water, make the milking machine work, wash out until the milk cup groupware, the milk tube, the milk bucket are clean. Then put them in the clean water again and add the ration disinfectant in water. Repeat the above action.last,You should use the clean water to wash them out until the disinfectant is cleared away. As Figure 6 shows.     (10)Every week you should clean the accumulated dust and the infiltrated oil on the electric motor,the vacuum pump and other parts, the milk dirt accumulated in the milk cup inner sheath thoroughly. the milk pipeline should be clean with the hot lye above 74°C. Moreover, cleaning repeatedly has the disinfection effect.
