Hong-zhun has die casting mold workshop and is capable of making all kinds of aluminum die casting, plastic mold and cold punched dies. With strong capability of die & mold manufacture, the quality and development capability are assured. The factory is also equipped with all kinds of press machine which offer convenience to customer for die trial run and production.
1. Aluminum Die Casting Product, Zinc Die Casting Parts. Plastic part
2. Small order is acceptable, OEM requirement is ok.
3. CNC Machine.
4. Lead time for Die tooling and sample: 10-35days
Payment Terms: T/T, 40% deposit with P. O, 40% payment after submission the first trial Samples, 20% Balance after samples approval before shipping.

Customer RFQ--->Tooling Offer--->Price Approval--->Customer order
2D/3D Mold design confirmation--->Tooling Schedule--->Mold manufacturing
--->Mold Tryout--->Sample Delivery--->Improvement Suggestions--->Mold Modification
--->Mold Approval--->Pilot Runs--->Mold Delivery
