2 CXK series CNC vertical turning and milling center not only has functions as normal lathes,

can finish all processes except bottom by only one time clamping, including turning,milling,

boring,drilling,reaming and tapping,when configured with Double pendulum milling head,this machine can process more complex workpieces like lamina,etc various kinds of complex curved surface.It has X,Z,C three CNC axis.

3 The main basic parts of lathes and main transmission use hot symmetric structures,has high hot reliability.

4 Main axis radial of worktable use high accuracy double column cylindrical roller bearing to centering,axial direction use large scale thrust ball bearing to load.The workpiece has precision indexing and milling feeding functions.

5 Crossbeam has the grading positioning function.
6 The ram uses high accuracy ball screw to transmit,the lathe is configured with automatic milling tool storeroom,you can sel ect any one from 12-20 station.

7 Use Simens 802DSL system(customers can appoint other kind system ),besides,both the servo motor and servo driver use Simens products.

8 All the castings use HT300 gray cast iron(ram is ball iron)which with a manual heat timeliness procedures,high quality processing and completed configuration crafts.All the electricity components,bearings,key parts,hydraulic parts are sel ected from international famous manufactures.
