Cup Instant noodle packaging machine

    Product Information   Application: SKW-10 series automatic cup packaging machine is suit for packaging such as instant noodle etc; standard machine suits the diameter 90-100mm cups.   Features: 1) Automatic cup-falling and cover-placing system (including automatic cup-falling and cover-placing, cup holding by tumbler and overturn of cups etc.) It is mainly operated by pneumatic equipments. The new-designed system is made up of cups storage rack, position cup-separating device and forcing cup-falling device.   (2) Automatic cover suction and placing device   (3) Transmission and model traction system. The lineal stepping system consists of drive servo motor, speed reducer and transmission equipment. It pulls drive chain/guide rail, action position device and template/mould bracket etc.   (4) Automatic sealing system consists of PID intelligent temperature-controlled system, sealing cylinder and sealing aluminum mould. The mould is coated with non-stick Teflon and there is independent temperature control on each capping head.   (5) Automatic discharge device to keep the vertical output of cups and connection with production line   (6) Electric controlling system consists of the control circuit, power supply circuit, electric protection, fault alarm indicator and safety emergency stop device etc.   (7) Pneumatic system consists of Pneumatic FR, electric control valve, air circuit and joint etc.   (8) The rack and main material: the rack of equipment is welded by carbon steel, dealt with anti-rust and covered by the stainless steel plate. The template is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, plastics or stainless steel with excellent anti-corrosion. The upper model for seal is made of aluminum alloy and coated with non-stick Teflon. All other parts of the equipment are made of the materials in conformity with Food hygiene.   (9) The cover storage hopper rack and automatic cup-falling rack are made of stainless steel; the plates on both sides and transmission shaft are chrome-plated.   Specification :
