Crowdstrike Carbon Black Granular For Tyre
Carbon Black is virtually pure elemental carbon in the form of colloidal particles that are produced by incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of gaseous or liquid hydrocarbons under controlled conditions. Its physical appearance is that of a black, finely divided pellet or powder. Its use in tires, rubber and plastic products, printing inks and coatings is related to properties of specific surface area, particle size and structure, conductivity and color. Carbon black is also in the top 50 industrial chemicals manufactured worldwide, based on annual tonnage.

Applications:
Black carbon series of superior-wear resisance(N200), high-wear resistance(N300), quick-press(N500), and common(N600) of dry process and wet process, maily applied to various rubber products such as tyres, rubber overshoes, cable, seal ring, tape etc. Moreover they can be applied to such relevant industries such as plastic manufacutre,etc.
In terms of wear resistance, n234 is about 10% higher than n220. n234 carbon black has high wear resistance and crack resistance, and its wear resistance is 20%-30% higher than that of n330. It can give the rubber particles higher tensile strength and tear strength, and has a certain conductivity reinforced carbon Black for tire treads, high-quality industrial rubber products and high-load conveyor belts. The blackness is higher than that of other varieties, and it is widely used in plastic masterbatches and leather paper mills as printing and dyeing raw materials.
